Hailey the office personal I spoke with over the phone did a wonderful job and was the reason I decided to go with 2 men and a truck. The three guys that did my move were extremely hard works and did an excellent job, a Gold Move.

All things considered, I had a pretty straight forward move. Shane, Jerred, and Preston were all super great guys. They took so much care with my furniture (even thought most of it was cheap ikea stuff) and were all super sweet and personable. I feel like this team really went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great moving experience and it really made all the difference in the world.

Left several things for me to have to go back and move to storage. Was rough on the doors and walls of my new place. Plus took way longer than expected. I don’t think they knew it was an apartment on the 3rd floor and they struggled. They had already done one move so then they were tired and took longer with my move. I had expected them to put a couple of bed frames together but would cost more

Hello Dana, thank you for your comments. We understand that you are actively working with our management to get your issues resolved, with your repairs taking place this week. Because you had 25% more items than were listed on your quote, your move took longer than originally anticipated. Also, we do include disassembly and reassembly of furniture in our hourly rate, however if you wished for us to do that it would have taken longer, resulting in an additional cost because of the time. We do not charge any extra fees such as this. We trust you will continue to work with management for any other issues you might encounter.
