I moved August 27th. Today is September 19th and I still don't have my desk back that they damaged during the move. They keep putting me off and making excuses. They don't follow-up with you. You have to keep calling them. It's been over three weeks and now they say they are short on staff and don't have anyone to deliver my desk. This is the worst moving experience ever. 0 stars.

The movers are great and i cant speak highly enough of there professionalism and work ethic. Great care was taken with my furniture. However as nice as the office staff was to speak with, i had a budget and they quoted me within budget for the service but left the transportation fee of 180 dollars unmentioned and pushed total way over budget. Hello Charles. For your move, you were quoted a 2-4 hour timeframe, which ended up taking 3.25 hours. Your final cost was only $31 over the estimate provided to you on the phone, via email, and also appearing on the paperwork you approved at the beginning and end of your move. We are sorry you are disappointed, but we stand by the accuracy of the quote.

During my move, I feel like I had the Dream Team of movers and admin alike! So for the team that handled everything from quote to finish, thank you to: Haylie, Dion, Damian, and Dayton! Juven and Joseph were fast and professional. Moving my furniture from storage into my new apartment was so easy and smooth. They made the moving process less overwhelming for me. Great teamwork, on time, cared for my items and even gave suggestions on what needed to be fixed. 10/10

We had a great experience with our movers. They were careful with our things, very professional, and efficient. My only complaint is they were late even after the office moved my move time to the morning slot. We had the 9:30-1:30 pm window and they said they would be there at 1:45. They then got lost and didn’t arrive until 2:15. Other than that it was great.

They arrived later than expected but the guys that moved us were troopers. They were gentle with breakables and listened to where we needed them. It also took longer than expected to complete the move.

The Move Team was fantastic, they were efficient, professional, and took great care during the move. While there was damage to a cabinet during the move the Team was quick to identify and share so that I could quickly remediate prior to the Close on our house.
