Janet
Jennifer, who took my call and was able to set up a very fast appointment which I needed, so friendly and professional.
Horace, Romane and Jecord, I apologize if I did not spell that correctly.
They were on time, with a call beforehand to let me know they’re estimated arrival. They were all professional, Courteous, friendly, and fast. Took good care of my furniture. I would highly recommend them

My moving team was awesome! Dionne, Jemel and Chris B were fantastic. They were professional, prompt and polite. Great job!
Response
Thank you so much Charlie for the 5 star rating and review! It was our pleasure to help you move.
Catherine
Zach and his team were awesome! Zach was polite, professional and efficient. I felt confident with the team and did not feel the need to micromanage them, what a relief after a poor experience with a previous move! The guys were careful with my antiques, they hustled and worked hard. I couldn’t be more happy!
Response
Catherine, we are so glad we were able to turn your mind around about moving! Most people don't like to move, but we love it! That's why we do it every day. We're happy to count you as another satisfied customer. Thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
Darlene
My TV got messed up with the move and the guys were trying to leave before getting the job done. I had to actually call in a friend to help move my stuff because it seem like my stuff was so much of a both to the 2 men that came to help. I feel like I shouldn't have paid that much. If I had to get them extra help
Response
Hello Darlene - we are sorry you didn't receive the very best experience with our services. We have discussed your grievances with the crew as this is not typical of how we operate. We invite you to contact us by phone if you wish to further discuss this with one of our managers. Again, our apologies.
Bryan

Jennifer was and is absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a home and I had to change my move date more than a million times and each time Jennifer was so kind and accommodating. The movers Kevin and Johnathan were professional and kind as well. They did a fantastic job! I booked their service again today to move my items from storage to my new home.
Response
Shaunti, thank you for your kind words about Jennifer. Our staff is really good at being flexible and accommodating last-minute changes, and we're happy we were able to exceed your expectations. We look forward to your next move with us!
Justin
They just did a really good, straightforward job. It would be helpful to urge customers to have movers transport nearly EVERYTHING. I realize that that is a decision that the movers must leave to the customer but it would have been nice to be reassured "you're probably better off having us take just about everything." Again, obviously up to customer. The guys were direct and competent.
Response
Thank you for the 5 star rating Justin! We appreciate your feedback - we are accustomed to following customers' directions as many people hire us just for partial moves. We'd be happy to move everything for you next time, just let us know! Best wishes to you.
Bryce
Shane and Brent were incredibly personable, professional, and efficient with a pretty complicated move. I would absolutely recommend these two for anyone looking to move.
Response
One of the things our movers love about working here is that every day is different! Each day brings new challenges and new people to help. We appreciate you Bryce, and thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Arlington/Fort Worth for your moving needs.
JoLynn
Wonderful experience except...Great customer service and follow up. I was contacted several times to confirm & verify everything was ready. However the day of the move I found out they would not disconnect washer & dryer and would not take a large desk apart. Luckily my son came over and all was taken care of with out problem- but it would have great knowing all the thing they wouldn’t do before
Response
Hello JoLynn - Thank you for bringing this up. We are unable to connect or disconnect appliances due to liability reasons. Although we offer disassembly and reassembly of basic furniture (like beds), oversize and specialty items do not fall within our expertise. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best in your new place.
