overall, pleased with the move. the initial call and follow up discussing details was clear and consistent. the two young men moving were very polite and professional, outstanding job by them! only issue is the damage done during move. there was never a time where we went over any damage; to either homes or property moved. add that step into your process, please.

The moving team (Jacob, Alfredo and Devin) were personable and worked very hard with some very difficult and heavy items to move. They were conscientious and never hesitated or complained. We were very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My moving crew was fine. Arrived slightly after expected time but did an excellent job .However they were sent out with no tools and had to call for backup. This is inexcusable and reflects poorly on management and logistics. I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck for that reason when many other options exist .
