I was told that my move should take 1 hour to pack and then a travel hour would be charged. The move took 3 hours plus the travel charge. It SHOULD NOT have taken that time! I emailed twice during the move telling the office how slow the movers were moving. They wasted my money and I am TICKED! They did not bring any boxes TO A MOVE!! This was the slowest, most incapable move I've ever had!

Our records indicate that we provided you with a 1–3 hour estimate for a moving-only service, and no boxes or packing were requested when the move was scheduled. We also applied a time deduction to your final bill in response to the concerns you emailed during the move, and the job was completed in 2.75 hours, which is within the original estimate provided.

Friendly, efficient and fast! The team loaded the truck quickly which enabled us to get on the road much earlier than expected. They arrived at our new home on time, and again unloaded very quickly. No damage and all items accounted for! So much better than our last experience with a different moving company. I hope the team that helped us gets a bonus!!!

The crew was quick and efficient, which made up for some bad information they had received about contacting me that they were ready. They were given a wrong phone number, so I got no notice they were on the way. The office called me and said they were at the house so I had to drop something and move immediately. Otherwise, though, it was fine.

I had set up for a 1 bedroom with extra furniture - due to an emergency , the movers needed to finish packing and moving without anyone present . When I went to old apartment , none of the pictures were boxed and moved, the island and all appliances were still there, 1 large chair , an entire closet still full and half packed boxes in several rooms all needed to be moved by me .
