You don't pay your people enough. That results in getting temporary labor that DOESN'T CARE about your customer's belongings. You need to encourage people with bonuses for claim-free deliveries.

Initially, I was very happy with my moving team until my wife and I started unpacking and seeing all the damage left behind on our walls and to our furniture. I truly hate to file a claim and complain.

The 3 guys that moved me were beyond professional. They were awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My move was estimated at 6 hrs and it took us 9 hrs. They didn’t complain a bit. They stepped up to the extra time needed and was glad to help get the job done! I am a supervisor at a large company and would love to have guys like this work for me! Excellent job, Excellent company!

Thomas Tate, and Jameron Olden AKA "Chuckie" were absolutely great. They were both very professional, friendly, and definitely are assets to TWO MEN & A TRUCK ! . They took care of the inventory, loading, and even packed our two TV's since we had issues with the TV's. We even had a pizza break with them towards the end of the loading. A special thanks again to Tom, and Chuckie !!

Chase Adkins and his crew TJ Ray and Ty Shoffner were by far the best moving team we have ever had!! They were cordial, polite, and very responsive to our every request. They were All very hard workers as well as nice people! We will definitely call them again when we move again!

Great moving team! Thomas, Tai, Andrew and Shane were courteous, friendly and worked so hard from the time they entered our apartment until they got us settled in our new house.
It was a cold and rainy day but they kept working through it all! I can't say enough nice things about this moving team!! I would definitely use Two Men And A Truck again if ever needed!
