Moving team was excellent and fast. I was a little disappointed that the driver showed up smoking a cigarette when he arrived at our location as I have severe asthma and cannot be around smoke. The office staff was friendly but entered my email address and phone number incorrectly which caused some communication delays during the process. Overall, I am satisfied with our experience.

My moving team was efficient, friendly and helpful in every way. I plan to use again when I need to move things to a storage unit in the near future. Should have done it before! We moved my mother's things into the ALF ourselves and it was miserable. Decided not to do that again so called you all. Great decision!

The office was great. I kept changing the date and they didn't seem to mind at all. I hated calling and changing the date but they were A-Ok.
The guys were very nice and courteous. Didn't seem to mind to having a "supervisor" on site, me.

Very careful of our belongings. They worked well together, packing the truck seamlessly. All contents arrived intact. They willingly did the little extras we asked of them. I highly recommend.
