Hi Brandon, we appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you were satisfied with the service itself. We understand your concern about the pricing. Our labor policy does include a one-hour minimum, which is why the full hour was billed even though the job took about 30 minutes. We strive to be transparent about this upfront and will use your feedback to continue improving how we communicate our policies.
