Teresa, thank you for your feedback and for recognizing how hard the crew worked. We sincerely apologize that the scope of your move was underestimated, which resulted in a longer move time and higher cost than expected. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we also appreciate your concern for the movers. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our team so we can improve our estimating process and better match crew size to the job. Thank you for choosing Two Men and a Truck, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience.
