I felt like the paperwork portion could have been handled better. When the move team is on the clock, I don't want to have to take precious time away filling out forms I could have done in advance at my desk. One guy was tied up with me on paperwork and two others were just waiting (while on the clock and we are paying by the hour) could have been done in advance.

The two guys sent out to help me were great! I’m an older woman and I felt very safe with them especially when I learned they were veterans.When I showed them around they remembered everything I said. They were friendly & professional and they worked really fast. They got me packed up and unpacked very quickly. It was a good experience. I highly recommend them both!

Josh, Latrell, and Mike did a fantastic job with my move. We had a few very heavy pieces that they handled with care. It was not an easy move as I was coming from a 3rd floor apartment. They were not only friendly but efficient as well. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Blake, Joshua and Dorian did an excellent job overall. They were courteous, efficient and treated my items as if they were their own. They made good use of their time and managed to get a full two bedroom apartment moved down three flights of stairs within the quoted timeframe.
