The moving team showed up without any tools. I had some available, but shouldn’t they have their own tools to use without having a coworker bring them some late in the day? An old credenza was picked up by a railing and the railing broke. Not sure it can be repaired. The crew was very nice but the move took much longer than expected and was more expensive than it should have been.

Keep up the great work, professionalism and service! Items were moved with great care as well as quick service.

Moving crew were polite, self-sufficient and effective. They did the job that they came out to do. They assembled my bed and couch with minimal input or supervision from me. I am very grateful for that because it was a very hectic day for me and they took a huge workload off my shoulders.
