Jason and Alex were fantastic! They we’re very careful with our furniture and made for a smooth transition into our new home!

In the beginning the move was going great, as time went on I could tell the men were getting tired. The job started to become sloppy, boxes were misplaced that were clearly labeled. Heirloom Glasses from Germany were shattered. Overall, we were displeased once we started to find the damages.

As we continue to unpack we are finding damaged items, not too impressed this time around with the level of care of our household goods, I will be speaking to a claims rep soon

Tim along with Sky & Terrel were extremely attentive and caring with our furniture. Not only the furniture, but they also cared for us, the owners as we were moving from our 27 year-old house to a new home.
There was a scratch to one of the door facings when moving a couch into a room. Tim immediately notified me. Though he wanted to come by Sunday (I wasn't home at the time), he arrived on Monday morning to expertly repair the one door facing that had been damaged.

I will certainly refer others to 2 Men as I had a positive experience with your employees.

The guys that moved my home were nice young men, but not very responsible. The spring jack was broken on my screen door as well as my washer was not hooked up correctly so when I went to wash clothes a few days after moving in my area was flooded with water and suds. Thank goodness we were home! I had received a followup phone call the day after delivery and I informed the guy about the door. Her stated someone would be out to look at it that day or the next, but no-one ever showed up.

I had a dining room table that they took a scratch and scrape out of and was supposed to be repaired and they never showed up after making an appointment. The movers weren’t going to say anything about it but my wife saw it happened and questioned them. I had a dresser table that a whole piece of the front corner was broken off and they never said a word about that. Would not recommend them to no one.

So the move wasn’t particularly awful, just not quite as impressive as I anticipated. We started off being asked if we happened to have tools, because the guys forgot there’s. I had some unpacked, but had to go buy more at Home Depot so they could take the furniture apart. All three guys were very nice and we appreciated that. But then in the end I’d made a quick second run to Home Depot and they wrapped up while I was gone, getting my wife to pay and sign off that everything was good, despite having previously talking to me about damage to our bed. I was told they would deal with it when they were done. Instead they didn’t mention to my wife and we’re gone before I got back. I’d have trouble using you guys again for a future love, based on this first experience.
