The guys who came out to the house were extremely helpful in loading the furniture and helping me pack what I did not get to. They protected all the furniture and boxes for transit. They worked very hard to stay under the 8 hr time frame since I am on a fixed budget. The only negative I could see is that when packing the boxes were not labeled so I have to open the boxes once in my home to see which room the items would go in. Other than that I was extremely happy with this company and will definitely use this company again.

Just an overall great experience...my mom is very elderly and have the team a tough time with directives and questions etc. they were so sweet, kind, courteous and respectful to her! I felt like they treated her like family! They moved as quickly as possible to keep hourly fees to minimums. They ran a bit late due to some unforeseen circumstances but called to explain and also credited me on the bill as a result! Great customer service.

The office staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I understand we moved at a less busy time of year, but our time frame was very compressed and Two Men and A Truck met all our needs on very short notice. The moving and packing team was amazing. Overall, we had a generally good experience for moving the contents of 2 smaller storage units into a much larger single storage unit at the same facility. There was one instance where many framed artworks (in boxes) were leaned against a wall and as the slant of the pile grew, it took up a little too much room. My wife suggested something heavy be placed in the middle to keep the outer boxes/art pieces standing more upright, but she was told it would not be a problem for the art to slant, the corrugated storage unit wall would not bow out due to the weight, and it was not done. Aside from this, we would still consider using Two Men and a Truck again.
