The moving crew was great. The office had to download part of truck. They did not secured the load, so it shifted. The offloaded items where just thrown on a Uhaul can. Not secured st all. Not happy with that part. Other than that, very happy with our moving team.

The move went very well and M. Saimone and N. Whaleed were very courteous. They worked quickly and treated everything with great care. I would use them again!!!

One mover was good, but the other was not. It took longer to move than I expected. Numerous pieces of my furniture was damaged because the leather was not fully wrapped, then stored on leather end on concrete flooring which scarred the leather in numerous spots. This could have been avoided when wrapped if the entire leather was covered. An expensive lamp globe was cracked from lack of care during move. I think the guys in my move could not spatialize very well when storing into a storage facility. Then two more guys were sent to the facility to repack so we could notate a claim of previous damage; these guys did an excellent packing job. So to summarize, it depends on what movers get assigned to your move as to the quality of your move. Office personnel was helpful throughout process.

The movers were very rude and made the moving environment very tense. The movers complained about clothes being left in the dresser drawers when the paperwork clearly stated to do that. The movers complained about taking the beds apart even though I had asked the office staff prior to the move and was told that if they take the beds apart they will put them together at the new house. At the new house they didn’t want to put the beds together and tried to leave without doing so. They were short with each other and didn’t try to hide it. A pice of furniture was scratched.
