Truck was delayed but office and movers kept in close communication about arrival time. Not an easy move, but movers were pleasant and professional.

The movers were amazing--attitude, service, efficiency--even though they had to carry everything up two flights of stairs and even though the truck almost got stuck in the mud at the storage unit. They both carried on with the job without complaining and were just the absolute best. They took all the drama out of moving to the 3rd floor. The office person I spoke with did a nice job working with me on customizing my moving experience in running several simulations to determine which service fit me best. Tony and his crew were very professional and I was impressed by how they handled my items. No broken items.
