Our whole experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic. We needed to move our mom to Ohio after my dad passed away. In such a difficult time, it was very pleasant to deal with such a kind and caring team. The two gentlemen that moved us were so polite and had everything packed up very quickly. They communicated with us about their arrival time and had everything unloaded in no time!
Response
Kathleen, we are sorry about your loss and we are glad we could help make things a little easier for you during such a hard time.

I am very upset with how I was billed for the Two Men & a Truck team in MA. They sent a team from 1 1/2 away from the move instead of the location 20 min from the house and charged me 3 hours at the moving rate for their driving time - $800 fee
The Myrtle Beach team was awesome and rates were very clear with a standard $150 for travel no matter how long it took them to get to and leave the site

The two gentlemen of the moving team were very nice and efficient. Joe and Tabitha from the office were helpful and very clear about all the details of the move. Definitely would recommend and use again if needed.
Response
Thanks Randy. I will pass this message to Tabitha and Joe.

We used Two Men and a Truck for this move because of our previous positive experience with them. This move was no different. Movers were professional, did not waste time, wrapped all of our major or valuable items, and were very friendly. They made our move easier and less stressful.
Response
We are glad we lived up to your previous experience.
Nancy
Friendly and professional. Made us very comfortable. Will definitely use them again.

I had used you to move things to a storage unit in St. George about 3 months ago. The cost was less than $1000. I was told to move me back to a new house would be about the same, but instead it was almost $2000. It did take 3 more hours....which I am not sure why. Especially since the furniture was already wrapped. I couldn't have been happier with the team that I had.
Response
I am not sure what the cause of the discrepancy was but there could have been something related to the new home, such as stairs that could have been a factor. Thanks you for the 5 stars and the kind words regarding our moving team.
