I have a platform bed they had to make a right angle into the bedroom they had to take the bed apart and put it back together when I walked back into the bedroom and looked at the bed it was busted in two places the guy driving the truck told me it couldn't be helped because it was particle board furniture so that means everyone that has particle board Furniture have to accept them busting it I want to be compensated I paid enough money and I do not have to accept damaged furniture I have photos of the damage contact me and tell me what to do so you could see them

Barry and Javoris were very professional and courteous. They took pride in their work and showed care in the moving of our furniture and personal items. We have more to move a little later and will request them again.

I'm responding on behalf of my mother. Unbeknownst to me until the move was over, the movers accepted a $200 tip from an 82 year old woman. They knew I was paying the bill and that I was in charge. I'm stunned they didn't view her tip as excessive and refuse at least half of it, since she obviously has some dementia.

The moving team included Barry, Dave, and True. The guys were terrific! On time, efficient, and respectful of their client's belongings and home. Our stuff was in storage for a year and transferred to our location here by a big national company. Wish we had heard of 2M&T before hand. Our bad, inadequate search. Their services were exemplary. Thank You to the entire 2M&T Conway, SC office team and moving crew Barry, Dave, and True.

Robert C. Dedrick and Nolan did a very good job asked questions when needed and good communication and had no problem moving a few items to different room when needed. They are a good team working together.

The 3 guys were so pleasant and worked deligently the entire time. They kept me informed on any prior damage that they noticed. They placed my furniture wherever I asked them to and were very careful. You are fortunate to have these three young men on your team. They were excellent!!!!

The movers were very polite, worked quickly and as a team. Although they were very thorough, I did notice some minor damage to my china closet beyond the 96 hour limit to report it. The wrapping may not have come all the way around the bottom of the piece, something they should be more aware of. I have recommended them to some friends.

Ron and Nolan were very efficient, and quickly loaded and unloaded our furniture. Ron did a good job explaining the insurance options. When I had called the Wednesday before the move, I spoke to Nicole at the Conway office, who was able to confirm my move date and time. This is our third time using your company, and it's always been a great experience.
