The quote was given over the phone. No one ever came out to see how big the job was and then charged me extra when it took longer. Didn’t stay to finish the job, came back the next day with another truck and charged me AGAIN! Then, the first day crew damaged my bed! This was a terrible experience. The movers were nice but in no hurry. If I’m paying for time I expect there to be some urgency. Tonya that sold me the job, was not accommodating when her quote was wrong. It was just a moment that I don’t wish on anyone.

The amount of time was nearly doubled what I was quoted. The moving team was not efficient or effective in the moving process. They were courteous, however as far as the moving process they were lacking. Glass for a coffee table was left at the initial location. I took their tools and a roll of wrapping material they left at the original location out to them at their truck. Once at the new location, my round dining room table top was rolled up the driveway, leaving it damaged around the entire table. I was in touch with the office staff during the whole process and they were very proactive in assisting in the matter. I was given a partial refund for the fee and am currently waiting on someone to call me back in regards to getting my table repaired.

I couldn’t say enough positive things about the 2 men who made the actual physical move...T.S. and ??. They were courteous,
professional, eager to accommodate and extremely hard working. An unfortunate accident, a trip on a curb , resulted in significant damage to a dresser . We view this mishap as .....accidents happen. It does not alter our overall evaluation of the move as....excellent.

We just needed heavy furniture and appliances moved and 3 closet boxes and about 4 medium to large boxes with linens and some patio furniture. The movers came on time but instead of 2 there were three. Which I didn’t ask for or need. One of the workers stayed busy but the other two instead of working with the other man would go to other rooms to “work”. They needed Allen wrenches to take apart our queen bed and had no tools. My husband still had a tool box there with lots of Allen wrenches. The one young man sat for 15 minutes then said I can’t find one to fit. We can’t move the bed the older one found it and had it apart in a few minutes. The were at our old house too long and damaged 90% of what they moved and our new refinished hardwood floors. A complete disaster for us. Waiting on

We could have not asked for better service from start to finish. Timely, professional and responsive to all our needs from every Dept. The staff from Greenville, SC (Emily,Megan and Chris S.) were top notch people who provided the best customer service throughout the entire process. When it can time to help with damage concerns service was first class. No stones were overlooked. If you are looking for movers I would strongly recommend you consider two men and a truck. Thank you ALL for a job well done. Bob & Amy

I’m still not finished with a move. Going on 3 weeks now. Super nice guys came out, but lacked in training. My fridge still sits at my house not moved. They would call while i was at work stating on the way. That doesn’t work for me. I took off too move in one day and i need a notice. Finally supposed to be done Saturday 1pm. They called 10:30 saying on the way. Needless to say i didn’t have my phone handy and missed it. No one ever called me back again. My kitchen floor torn up and damage guy came out and said would have it taken care of this week. A week later haven’t heard a word. Make sure it’s a well trained crew please! I paid probably for 2-3 hours the guys stood staring like what do we do? They need to train these guys better!

I had asked for a specific Monday and the customer service rep scheduled us for the following Monday. My husband and I took off work and when no one showed up, we called. That’s when found our scheduled wrong date. They did send an email, but was had to read the format how it showed up on email, so did not see scheduled wrong day. However, they did get someone out that afternoon since we had taken off work. Only negative about movers is we had them use our own moving blankets and then they did not return them to us-they took them. I will be calling about the blankets.

We feel a little torn about our experience because while the movers had great attitudes, they were not very careful with some of our items. One of our door frames got beat up when they were bringing stuff through, we had to comment a couple of times because parts of a desk and other items were dragging the ground or being scratched by other items, and our dryer doesn't work anymore (it worked before the move). The guys were nice (especially the lead man) but, for what we paid, we expected more careful treatment of our items.

Movers were young and inexperienced (.one 2 weeks on job and other 4 months). Slow which added 4 hours to high estimate of quoted time and not all furniture was moved (patio set left). No pads down to protect floors at old house. Damage to bannister and hole is door also. Office was called and they did take 1 hour off for being slow, but I believe other movers would have been able to do move in estimated time if more experienced. We went this route rather than having friend help to have a professional experience. It was not that at all.
