timely, courteous, worked efficiently and professionally

I had an excellent move. My movers were on time, were careful, were easy to work with, especially since I had things going to 2 locations, and got me moved faster than the estimate. They had a good attitude and were easy to get along with.

Was very satisfied with my last move. The movers were very courteous and really "hustled."

We were very happy with the movers. They worked hard and were very careful with our belongings.

The issues with my move are currently being worked on to be resolved. There were promises made to me by your staff that were not honored. The moving team assigned to me were very nice but in a hurry. Their determination to finish the job asap compromised what should have been the goal, which is to care for my belongings and my home properly. I specifically told Rod that we had newly refinished hardwood floors and new carpet. I asked him what would be done to ensure those were not damaged during the move-in process. He assured me that they would use blankets/pads to keep everything safe. That didn't happen. I have damaged hardwoods, damaged door frames, and damaged home items. I am interested to see how your company handles this matter.

Everything was excellent. Only thing I’d add was bc it was raining at new house they should have put Down a towel or cloth at door to keep the rain out . Thank you

Office staff were very professional and helpful. The movers themselves were ok, but my wife told me that they were not as hard-working whenever she was not actually watching them. But your office stafff were very good, courteous, and helpful (I asked them to call my wife several tines, because he mobile phone was not good, which they did). Over all good.

After 2 delays/rescheduling, I was ready to look for another company. So, I was a little skeptical as to how the move would go on Saturday. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the three movers who arrived on that morning. I could not have asked for a better team. Daniel C, Cobin and Tim B. were AWESOME! They were very professional, courteous, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make this move smooth and stress-free. Words cannot express my gratitude for the excellent service they provided to me. Thank you, Daniel C, Cobin, and Tim B!!!

We were very satisfied with the team and would use them again. Wilie and his team was very cordial and helpful and friendly.

These two men were wonderful How fast they worked! No bands, dents, on walls or floors. I was amazed!
