The three young men who helped us move our furniture were courteous, strong, careful and efficient. It was overall a very pleasant experience. I would be happy to hire them again. They worked well together as a team (Hilton, Terrance, Tyler). If I were to change anything, it would be to tighten up the process of the timing of the appointment. I was told that the movers would meet me between 8:30 and 9:00 AM. It was 9:45 when they arrived due to a staff meeting in the morning that went over. Honoring scheduled appointment times is important to customer satisfaction.

The gentlemen are very polite and courteous. A glass pane was broken in an oak hutch but it is being promptly replaced. Overall, great team. Very expensive to move. Hope we can stay here a long time.

Starting with the office staff, they were extremely helpful in getting a quote to me. They never pressured me into using their services, like other companies did. And the movers were fantastic. They worked efficiently and got the house empty in less time than expected. I highly recommend.

The woman who did my original booking apparently quit or was fired or something and that caused a few headaches and that is why I rate your office staff as good versus excellent. They did do their best to correct things. The movers themselves were awesome, I really liked the guys. I do wish you guys were a bit cheaper but it is what it is.
