The movers were fast and wrapped our furniture really well in blankets. We only had them move the big furniture like the couch, the beds, and the dressers. They were able to move everything from our 4th story apartment to our house about 15 minutes away in 3 hours. There were some complications getting the couch into one of the rooms upstairs because the door was too narrow. They ended up having to take the feet off the couch and the door off the hinges. While trying to move the couch in, there were some damages to the wall and to the door frame. I sent in a picture of the damages and they had someone come out right away to help patch up the wall and they did a pretty decent job.

The move was great, but it was a brand new house that they moved me into, and they hit the walls a few times, also scratched the hardwood floors at the front door with their hand trucks. Just need to be more careful, as people do not like having to pay so much for moving, and than having to pay for repairs on the house after.

Caron and Howard were excellent. I appreciated their help and personalities.

The guys who did our loading and delivery were very friendly, professional and courteous. They handle our belongings carefully and we very much appreciated them. Please give them a bonus for this move. thanks.

they assessed the work needed to get done and went about it in a professional manner

Willie, Julius and Marcus were GREAT! From the moment they showed up at our old place they told us not to worry and they would take care of everything.....and they did!!! So worth it to use your company and will use it again if necessary.
