This was our first experience with a moving company. Although it is expensive to use a company, I was very pleased with the service. Everything that was planned happened as expected. The movers were very nice and super efficient. I am very glad we went with this company. They would be my first phone call if I need to move again - although I don’t think there are any Two Men and A Truck locations near me now. With all the horror stories about movers I was afraid of what could happen but Two Men and a Truck proved there was nothing to fear...they simply got it done. Thank you.

While Troy and Jaron were both professional and courteous, they drug their feet. I don't have that many belongings, and I honestly did not expect to max out the estimated time. Traffic was light on the day of the move, and there were no hiccups or unforeseen obstacles. Maybe I made the mistake of tipping them before the job was complete; I tipped them each $50 cash once the truck was loaded at the house. Now, I am out $642.50 for a move when the items moved were a queen sized box springs and mattress, a dining table and 6 chairs (that I have personally moved before), a chest, and 10 boxes. Overall, I'm disappointed. I thought Two Men and a Truck would be a cost effective way to move, but I was mistaken. As a single female that just went through a separation, I feel taken advantage of.

The guys made moving day easy for us. Stayed busy and efficient. Will call again when its time to take everything out of storage.

Excellent moving experience! The 3 men were friendly, professional and skilled movers. And strong. I was amazed at their ability to load heavy items and even get them upstairs without any issues. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported. And I had A LOT of stuff. Nothing was damaged. Impressive!
Moving is stressful but their happy attitude and great senses of humor actually made it painless. Willie, Marcus and Julius were awesome. We had the best team! Thank you so much.

Packing and loading could have been a bit more organized and thorough. Far too many items just ended up being dumped in 'speed packs.' Also despite reminders several items would have been forgotten had I not triple checked everything. But in the end all was loaded and then unloaded again on time with minimal issues, so all's well that ends well!
