The guys moving were great and I would use them again. The quoting process was concerning and I was told I would receive a detailed invoice and a call from the "accounting office" in a day or two - no call, email or invoice so questions have not been answered.

From the first phone call with Deanna the move went almost better than expected. The front office was in touch with us through the whole process with advice and estimate for the job. Our two guys were such nice young gentlemen. Only problem was it took them at least an extra hour due to the fact that they didn't have the tools they needed to take beds apart or remove plastic. My husband noticed they were still upstairs and wondered why so he went up and then got the tools they needed so they could get the beds apart. We paid for that extra hour, so that is a problem.

Basic disassembly and removal of stretch wrap is included in the estimate. The men carry basic hand tools so if more tools are needed and/or disassembly is more in depth, your time may exceed your estimate. The moving team was on time ( earlier than expected as I was notified by phone they’d be). They showed up ready to work. They were kind, courteous and professional.
