I rated the overall satisfication because the crew arrived over one hour late. I had to call when they were 45 minutes late to make sure they were coming........?????? The one hour lateness put a a real crimp into our plans! Other-wise the moving crew was great, the reservation was easy to make and the woman handling the reservation was excellent. Pricing was good with the exception of the travel fee.....I was told that the crew would be coming from Bethel Park. When I was trying to see what time they would arrive..I was told they were getting onto HWY 65 as we speak? There is no reason for them to be on HWY 65 if coming from Bethel Park, which is where I was told they were coming from by the reservation person. That’s why I was charged for the travel time of 45 minutes?

<div>Hi Bruce, we appreciate your feedback. We have two locations in Pittsburgh, although most of our trucks are dispatched from our Bethel Park location, we have a handful of trucks that we dispatch from the North Shore location. Your truck came from the north shore location that day. We apologize the men arrived a little later than anticipated but are glad to hear you were pleased with the move overall. Thanks for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!</div>

The truck that was sent was too big to fit on the destination street. The moving team had to take the big truck back to the lot and move all of my stuff to a smaller truck. This delayed the move by 1.5 hours. Thank you for not charging me for that time. The moving team was great throughout! The only complaint I have is that they left 2 of the legs of my couch at the old place, and I had to go retrieve them later. No big deal.
Response

<div>Marc, we are sorry to hear that the truck we initially sent out did not fit. We understand how that could be a frustrating situation. We&#39;re glad to hear to the rest of your move went smoothly. Thanks for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!</div>
