The moving crew was absolutely fantastic. As far as the office crew, one time they told me I had to empty all my drawers. Another time I talked to them they told me I could leave things in the drawers that were not fragile or breakable. So I was very confused. The moving crew had a lot of trouble getting my China closet out of the house. But they persevered and they did a great job.
Response
<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>Ruth, we understand why that would be confusing. We always recommend that customers empty all drawers and cabinets for the ease of the move. We&#39;re glad to hear the men persevered and we&#39;re able to move all of your furniture.</div>

Jennifer

I was very impressed with the move team. They were professional and kind. Justin in the sales office was helpful as was justin in claims to resolve my two issues. The only thing I wish I received was an email itemized final bill. I am still waiting on the pick up of the unused boxes. This was my first time with a moving company. I want sure what to expect but it went great, even with the small issues.
Response
Jennifer: Sorry about the boo-boo's on the furniture. Glad we got everything fixed up and that you had a positive experience!

The movers were very nice and helpful. The issue was with the price. We were quoted a big price, but was told that it was based on an hourly rate. Once complete we were toward there was a 2 hour minimum, even though the entire move took less than an hour and a half.
Response
<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>Matthew, we are glad to hear you were pleased with our movers. Whenever we estimate a move, we try to account for all potential variables. Being that the price is always adjusted accordingly based on how long the move actually takes, we would rather slightly overestimate than underestimate the move time when providing estimates.</div>

I have used this company before and thought the service that was provided was excellent. This time the service that was provided was phenominal! The guys that moved me were fantastic and treated my things with care and respect. Mike B, Mike Q and Frazier were all hard workers and made this move very easy. I’m going to recommend 2 Men and a Truck to anyone I know or see because the service you have provided was out of this world!

Two Men and a Truck did a fabulous job moving our family. We actually had a double move, three weeks apart. Both moves went smoothly and exactly as expected. Lamar was the crew leader for both moves. Lamar was very professional and upbeat. He truly understands customer service; he represented himself and your company very well. I can’t say enough great things about him; he’s a true gem. His 2 man teams were superb, as well. They were very courteous and friendly. Actually, every employee I encountered from Two Men and a Truck on our moving journey - from office staff to schedulers to movers were amazing. Thank you for a job well done! I will highly recommend you to friends and family!
