Ashley
My moving team was wonderful. The guys worked really hard and moved some heavy furniture and worked for several hours without stopping. The move out took a bit longer as only 3 of the 4 guys showed up on the first day so the movers had to work even harder. The same movers showed up on my cross state move for day two and after a very long drive continued the hard work.
Response
Ashley, thank you for your review. It is always refreshing to hear that the team's work was wonderful. Heavy furniture is their specialty. Please know that we do apologize that your expectations were not met with the number of crew members that arrived for your initial move. We will reach out to the office to see where the miscommunication was made, and why your team was short a member. Thank you again for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for your moving and storage needs.
