David’s career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK spans over nine years and several milestones and awards. He began in the field as an In-Home Consultant and now serves as our Director of Operations, leading 14 different teams across the country. Beyond the workplace, David’s greatest joy is being a dad—he treasures time spent painting, coloring, and playing outside with his two young daughters.

Since June 2008, Justin has been an integral part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system, initially starting as a driver and later advancing to the position of General Manager. With a wealth of experience, he ventured into entrepreneurship in 2013 by acquiring his first franchise. Justin is passionately dedicated to guiding employees on their journey to unlock their full potential and fostering career opportunities through the company's growth. Married to his high school sweetheart, Jill, and they are proud parents of two wonderful children. Outside of work, Justin embraces the outdoors, engaging in activities like cycling, running, triathlons, fishing, and, notably, indulging his intense passion for duck hunting, often shared with family and friends.

Steve joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family in December 2014 when he and his two brothers acquired the San Antonio franchises. While he no longer spends much time on the trucks, he remains deeply involved in the business, dedicated to supporting his team and helping them grow. Outside of work, Steve enjoys watching his favorite team, the Hawkeyes, and spending quality time with his family.

Nine years ago, Shannon embarked on her career journey at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, where she quickly distinguished herself as an exceptional Risk and Safety Specialist. Her unwavering dedication and relentless work ethic propelled her through the ranks, culminating in her appointment as the Chief Operating Officer for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK portfolio within the Elevated Opportunity Group.

Shannon's reputation in the professional arena extends beyond her operational prowess. She has gained recognition for her remarkable ability to spot and nurture talent within her team, actively contributing to their development as future leaders. Her steadfast commitment to cultivating a culture of growth and empowerment has not only fostered personal growth among her team members but has also played a pivotal role in the overall triumph and expansion of the TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

While Shannon's professional achievements are commendable, her personal life is equally fulfilling. She holds a deep devotion to her family, relishing moments spent with loved ones in the great outdoors, especially during trips back to Michigan to reconnect with relatives. Shannon's leisure pursuits include fishing expeditions and various outdoor activities, providing a delightful contrast to her demanding professional responsibilities. Additionally, she finds solace and joy in attending country music concerts, where she can unwind and immerse herself in the captivating sounds and vibrant energy of her favorite music genre.

Marrissia joined our team in February 2022 as the HR Generalist after she moved from Texas. In her current role, she strives to learn something new each day while making a positive impact on those around her. In her free time, you can find her trying new local restaurants or spending quality family time with her four boys.

Christie started her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May of 2001 and quickly moved into the role of Human Resources and Risk Management. She loves working with such an amazing team to create a safe, fun, family-like atmosphere. MOVING PEOPLE FORWARD® in their career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is especially rewarding. She enjoys cake decorating, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends!

In October 2021, Dan stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer at Elevated. Prior to this, he served as an accounting support specialist at the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK corporate office for several years. Boasting over 16 years of accounting expertise, Dan heads the financial operations for 15 companies, including 7 TMAT locations and 2 TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK locations. When he's not immersed in numbers, Dan treasures time spent with his extensive family, which includes 7 children and 5 grandchildren. During the summer months, you'll often find him tending to his vegetable garden, where he delights in witnessing both people and plants thrive and grow.

Matt Hubbard joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Kansas City team in August 2017. Starting as a mover, he quickly advanced to team lead and, in July 2018, transitioned from operations to the bookkeeping department. By 2020, Matt was leading the Accounting team, combining his passion for numbers with a commitment to excellent customer service. He values the opportunities and experiences he’s gained with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and is enthusiastic about helping to move people forward. In his free time, Matt enjoys going to the gym and building computers.
