The movers damaged an antique desk. When damaging the desk they also damaged the stairwell handrail & severely scratched gouged and scuffed three wall causing extensive paint & sheet rock damage.
They caused major scratches and scuff’s on our hand scraped oak floor. Both the floor and the walls were in new like condition before. they moved a large tool chest and managed to dump it over on its side and back in the driveway denting & scratching it and causing drawers to be jammed shut. The movers complained about us filing Multiple damage report saying “it’s just a tool box” & the only real damage is the walls & floor. The movers left the house & neither we nor company Knew where they were for hrs. What should’ve taken 3 hrs took 9. After all this our calls to fix this are being dodged

Everything was excellent except we have an important box missing. They are trying to find it.

A table granite top top was broken but they said they will replace and left behind a bed skirt and book in one bedroom but we retrieved the items
Did hit door frame in one bedroom and had to be fixed Know items are heavy and easy to mar woodwork just FYI on hitting walls and frames ...

The movers were scheduled for my move between 12-2p. They arrived at 1630. I called looking for them because I did not receive further follow up from them that they were running more than two hours late. A piece of furniture was damaged beyond repair. The doorframe on a brand new house (that I had not lived in one day) sustained significant damage which requires repair. The movers did not bother to tell me about the damage. I noticed it later that day when I tried to put the piece of furniture back together. I spoke to the quality department the following business day. I sent pictures as requested. It has been two weeks now, and I have not received a status update or a return call to messages left as of today.

I was happy about everything except they lost the screws that go to my mirror on the dresser now i dont have a mirror for my dresser its standing in the corner of room

I had a lot of minor damage to furniture. Care was not taken when moving. I had a piano to move and it was heavily gouged. They didn’t use a piano dolly to move it which would have avoided the damage.

I hired this branch based off having used the franchise in another state. Well, not all franchises are the same. Three guys came and only one, TJ, really worked. I caught Curtis and the other guy sitting in the company truck on their phones drinking Red Bull. I was not paying them to take breaks and chill out, I was paying them to load my sister’s moving truck. I also caught Curtis and Brandon trying to make out with my sister’s extra TV from the spare bedroom. When I caught them, they claimed they were going to put it in the back of her vehicle but I had not instructed them to do so. So my sister and I felt they were trying to take it without us noticing it. The furniture was not properly wrapped or padded even though we paid for a loading pack. The movers were quick, however they got grease all over our bed mattress and put dents in our washer.

Movers completely forgot
The coat closet, leaving everything. Left a vase of dried flowers. Broke two favorite dishes by not wrapping individually but rather one stack at a time. Complained about the amount of packing, and most everything. Said everything you wanted to hear: Sirs & ma’am’s. Lost Insert for refrigerator handle so couldn’t attach and promised to get us one. Said they are available at new city office and he would make sure they bring us one. Hasn’t happened.

Poor Experience during our last move with 2 Men.

Movers damaged 1 piece of furniture. I fixed it myself. Damaged new flooring with dolly in the utility room and did not report it to me or the office. Office staff was very poor in communicating that the person was an outside source and would contact me, they did not tell that it would take 3-4 days to here from him. However the office sent someone out to fix the flooring and the gentleman did a great job.However this the 4th time I have used them and can recommend them to anyone. This has been the only bad experience I have had. I will use them again for my next move. Great movers fast like no one can imagine.
