The only complaint was that we were assured there would be boxes and packing materials on the truck, and there was not. I had to scramble at the last minute and run out and buy them. The moving team swore they knew nothing about it, so I don't know where the message got lost.

They were 6 hrs late. It really messed my day up and they couldnandacirc;??t move my gun safe

This was a difficult experience as we were moving our elderly mother to an assisted living facility nearby. That place actually recommended your business as they have worked with you many times before. The three gentlemen who arrived were very respectful and professional. We actually had fun harassing our family members and making it an enjoyable, laughable time! The movers joined in with us and were very sweet in doing their work, but laughing along with us as we made light of our siblings and many crazy situations. It always helps to laugh in stressful situations and they went along with us! They were awesome and attentive to their jobs, as well as working around all of us. I would highly recommend this company, and these guys any time! They deserve a bonus!

The movers went above and beyond expectations. I will recommend you to anyone who is interested in your business.

1-4-18 was a bitterly cold evening, the movers had already did a job earlier they had been lead to believe this would be a quick easy job, they found out when they arrived it was an upstairs duplex, I had a gun safe, leather furniture, exercise equipment, freezer in the basement and a 6 ft. toolbox. They called for help which did not arrive. They broke a end table that was a set of 3, there is paperwork. I was told by office people that a claims agent andquot;mightandquot; get a hold of me, When I repeated might get a hold of me they said the agent would get a hold of me. I'm still waiting for a response.

the movers were not clearly instructed regarding payment if they had not been able to get a ahold of me what would of
happened? There was a table that was rubbed against a wall it had paint on it but didn't harm table not sure about what wall as the furniture was taken out of one apartment down a long hallway to other apartment. In general the service was good I would use you again. thanks

I lived the guys that helped me move. It was so cold that day and had just snowed. They did everything possible to make as little mess as possible with the water. We forgot to take apart the bed before they got there. They took it apart and put it back together before I even noticed. They explained everything up front and showed me the math he was doing on his phone so I understood where he was getting the charges from. I will definitely recommend them.

Put a few dings in the wall but other than that they were great. We need to touch up a few things anyway before we put the house on the market.

We were very pleased by the efforts of our two movers. The move was challenging by the stairs and heavy furniture,however, their attitude efforts were positive in spite of the challenges.

This was the 2nd I used Two Men and Truck. The first time was house to house, and the guys were great! This 2nd time, I needed them to meet me at my storage unit to move my items out, then make an additional stop to pick up furniture from a retail store, then on to my own home. The guys put everything where I ask them, they put my bed together for me, and even put some items outside into my shed. The guys like always, the guys are professional, polite and a pleasure to help me in my moving needs. I will recommend Two Men and a Truck to everyone and if need be use them again in my moving needs!
