The movers took at least 20 minutes describing the contract and billing all the while my “meter” was running. They flipped by sofa upside down and tried to figure out for 30 minutes how to put it together, I should have not been billed for that time. Also there was a new guy on the crew because one guy asked him to explain how they receive a bonus based on feedback. He had know idea what he was talking about and yet again, that took 10 minutes to explain all the while my meter was running. I own several businesss in this community and would not use you all again because I believe this mover was taking advantage of the clock while intentionally messing things up and drawing out explainations of how your service works.

Our "two men" worked well together; each had skill sets that complemented the other. I was especially impressed by their excellent suggestions about use of space as we moved from a one-bedroom apartment to a one-room apartment! In fact, we (& they) were congratulated by staff on the welcoming and warm final layout in the destination room. (The move took longer than the original office estimate, but it was due in part to interior distances and secured accesses.) Would we use this service and request this team again? Absolutely!

The guys were great! Also Stephanie was extremely helpful.

Jess and Larry were outstanding. Great team to work with and made the overall experience somewhat fun. Both have great attitudes, friendly, outgoing and would highly recommend them.

Although I clearly communicated the items to be moved, there was not enough room on the truck to complete the job. A second move date was needed to complete the job.

They did a great job in and out and did a fantastic job. Made the day go fast and still was able to have the rest of the day to work on unpacking and cleaning

This is the third or fourth time I’ve used two men and a truck and I’ve always been very pleased with their service

Although the movers gave it their best shot, they were short handed and did not pack the truck in a very efficient fashion. We didn't leave the house till well after dark, and without a number of very large items. They had to call in reinforcements and at one point I had 8 movers and 2 managers in my new house until about 10 pm. My walls were scuffed, one item was broken, and a piece of furniture nicked. Fortunately, I had bought the extra insurance, and they did offer a discount on my second move several days later. 28 days on, I finally received a call from the guy who was supposed to fix the walls and he said he just was told about the job yesterday. That was the last straw. Best I can say is they did seem concerned about how poorly my move went. Not recommended and very unhappy.

I am soo happy I utilized the Mason location for this move! Cole, Kevin, and Evan were so kind, courteous, and professional and went out of their way and did things they didn’t have to and went above and beyond for me and far exceeded my expectations. The tylersville location two men and a truck damaged quite a bit of my belongings and they did what they could to repair and find the resources for me to fix my things. I definitely will use thing location again and these three guys again, SPECIFICALLY, should I ever move again or have any needs again in the future. If you have any kind of needs or moves, these are your guys! I’m so happy they made this move so simple and stress free. Their professionalism and kindness far exceeded my expectations.
