We had a very bad experience with our moving team.
1. They took more than 40 min to go over paper work
2. They complained and moaned the whole time for a relatively easy move
3. We had to leave behind items and go back ourselves later because they were complaining so much
4. They didn’t have tools to take bed apart (which we were told they would) and ended up having to put back together ourselves because they were unable to
5. Were extremely slow and didn’t seem to care that we were paying by the hour, this was especially clear when they sat in the truck for 20 min before driving to the new location.
5. Only one of the “men” moved items (we had one woman who literally didn’t move anything)
Overall, the office staff was great but the moving team was terrible and I wouldn’t use again

The moving crew did excellent. Cody really mad a typically stressful situation (moving) pleasant. He did great job of explaining everything and constantly keeping me updated throughout the day.

Evan and Zach had some of the most challenging weather conditions possible for Ohio on moving day. As if the -20 degree windchill factors weren't bad enough, we had snow and challenging road conditions. They had two pickup locations prior to the drop off point. Everything was in boxes and for the most part easy to load and unload. Overall, I am happy with the service. But I asked several times when talking with office staff about assembly and was told they would do assembly. That needs to be more clearly defined. I could tell the two young men were not prepared to help with assembly of items when asked. They didn't even have a box cutter to open boxes. This was my first time using a moving company and would certainly use them again, but will more clearly define my needs the next time.

It was below zero on my moving day. The movers arrived on time with a good attitude and got to work. They were efficient, professional, and friendly.

From start to finish, Two men and a truck was an amazing experience. Kevin and Sam were polite, professional and easy to work with. They treated my furniture with great care. I would highly recommend this moving company!

The Team moving my son was Mike and Tory. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Even though it was cold with some icy conditions, they were very positive and upbeat! They did the job very quickly and were a pleasure to do business with. We will definately do business with them and Two Men and a Truck again! Thank you!

I used you because you won me over from the initial phone call to the follow up and then finally the move. Your price was comparable and honestly, I wasn't sure I was going to use you, until I spoke to the office staff. And then I was blown away by the movers. Excellent job and great leadership. The crew was fantastical and supervised very professionally. I WILL recommend you to everyone.
