1. They took more than 40 min to go over paper work
2. They complained and moaned the whole time for a relatively easy move
3. We had to leave behind items and go back ourselves later because they were complaining so much
4. They didn’t have tools to take bed apart (which we were told they would) and ended up having to put back together ourselves because they were unable to
5. Were extremely slow and didn’t seem to care that we were paying by the hour, this was especially clear when they sat in the truck for 20 min before driving to the new location.
5. Only one of the “men” moved items (we had one woman who literally didn’t move anything)
Overall, the office staff was great but the moving team was terrible and I wouldn’t use again
