The movers appeared happy to be working. They were having fun. They were contentious of their surroundings and my things. They are very trustworthy. After varifying my items that needed moved, I received a discount because one piano wasn't as heavy as originally planned. They could have overlooked that fact, but they made it right.

The move team arrived 1 hour late. The crew was supposed to be 3, only 2 showed.
The two were polite and hustled to make up lost time from being late. They were an asset for the moving company after starting late and short handed.

We were removing property as the result of a divorce so tensions were "strained" to say the least. Your men recognized this but did not let bother them. They remained professional throughout the time at the divorcee's house. Kudo's to them.

There was 2 men and a truck! My move was scheduled for 3 men. The 3rd man showed up shortly after the truck came and he helped the one man move 4 large pieces of furniture and then left to go work out at the Y. I was not happy. The two men that were left on the job were very nice but worked at a very slow pace. I was helping them move stuff out of the garage and the house to try and speed up the move. They could tell I was getting very frustrated and impatient. This move took way more time than it should have and I should not have paid what I did. Then the movers arrived at the house where I was moving to, thankfully 2 more men showed up to help unload the truck or it would have been an all night move. My boyfriend and I also helped unload and stack my items from the truck.

The office team was wonderful with explaining the services, and understanding when we needed to change the actual move date...twice! Thanks so much for working with us on that! The movers were on time, and did a great job with protecting our furniture and the actual move from one residence to the next. Thank you!
