Two issues:
1. We had a minor mishap; one leg on dresser was damaged while movers were bringing down a staircase. Thereafter, the movers and I agreed best practice was removing the furniture legs before transferring to truck. Training?
2. My bill had labor charge for time period, 4 to 5 1/2 hours, which seems like a very long period. Especially when logged time was barely over 4 hours.

Shawn & the other 2 men were very thorough. Did exactly what I needed & then some. We appreciate the care they took moving our store.

The staff was very professional. Movers were very courteous and professional as well. The move took longer than expected and started later than what was communicated. Two items were broken, but should very simple to repair. I appreciated the fact that the office contacted me the next day to take care of the matter. Thank you!

The guys did a great job moving everything from my apartment to my new house. They worked quickly while also making sure that everything from my furniture to my newly refinished floors were protected from damage.
