The guys did a great job moving everything from my apartment to my new house. They worked quickly while also making sure that everything from my furniture to my newly refinished floors were protected from damage.

The movers were courteous and professional. They arrived when they said they would and made quick work of the job. They were even helpful figuring out how to arrange the furniture in the new place. Because changing residences can be a major hassle, especially during this public health crisis, I was relieved that it went so smoothly and that the cost was reasonable. Mike and Jeff were excellent! They worked quickly and efficiently, while being friendly and personable. My only issue is with the 3 hour wait window. I understand that a specific time cannot be guaranteed, but many customers have to take PTO to wait for the movers to arrive and complete their task. I did receive a call about 1 hour prior to the movers arriving. I think that is enough lead time.
