One complaint: There is no place on this survey to indicate how OUTSTANDING this crew performed! The crew showed up early, loaded the truck quickly and were headed to the new destination sooner than expected. They were very efficient, yet padded our furniture carefully. The unloading process was hampered a bit by the logistics of the receiving site, but they worked through it, maintained a very positive attitude, and made our transition to Assisted Living far more pleasant than it might have been otherwise. AND, when they totalled the bill, because there was less time used than was initially projected, the bill was significantly LOWER than the original estimate. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Overall, the move went very good. The crew, Justin, Steve, and Ryan were great guys. They had a few challenging items and worked great together. Steve is as strong as an ox! The only thing I wish they would have done better is to place boxes with the label side visible. Finding things has been a bit challenging due to the fact that several boxes were stacked with the labels against the wall. One items was damaged. Need to contact you about making a claim.

I'm very pleased with how smoothly the move went. The guys worked quickly and tirelessly. They were also very personable yet professional. I would like to mention that I found the mirror I reported missing so please let Christian in claims know. Thanks for the great service.

We had issues with the size of the move and had to rent another truck last minute from a third party which we drove. The company deducted the fees from our bill. Our moving team was on-time both picking up and delivering. They had to stay late to pack the new truck and did not complain. They were very respectful of our belongings. Mario and Dante were excellent! They made up for the miscalculation. Rated the office staff good due to the quote errors by salesperson. We visited the office several times to purchase boxes and they were always very friendly.

This is my third maybe even fourth time using Two Men services and Im disappointed this time. Ive reached out via email and still received no follow up. I was quoted for a 3 hour move, with 3 men and I feel that 3 men was excessive and ended up costing me way more. The move was complete and two of the gentlemen had nothing else to do while one was finished putting my bed together. Then I had to help him put my mattress on because the rest of the crew was downstairs.

Wayne, Mike and Bryce were amazing. They ran to and from the truck the entire day. I have no idea how they kept up their energy. They were incredibly polite, treated our things as if they were their own and worked hard the entire day. They had a great attitude and always checked in if they had questions. My husband and I are in shock at how quickly and efficiently they worked. Two men and a truck is the best money we have spent!
