The movers were very helpful with placement of the furniture, very friendly and listened to our wishes. Two very nice young men.

Mario and his partner were excellent - they arrived and immediately walked through my house and assessed what needed to be done, asked if there was anything not mentioned in the appointment and got immediately to work. They had my house packed up and moved into my new address in exactly the time allotted. They were fun and personable and made a stressful experience fun. Both guys were efficient, but careful to take the time to ensure nothing was damaged on either end. I had used Leaders in the past, but had heard such good feedback about your company I decided to try it, was not disappointed. Thank you again!!

My circumstances were unique, in that there were some items that were not being moved because of damage sustained in a house explosion next door. I walked thru with one of the guys and showed him the living room furniture and no mattress were being moved, that's it-everything else was to be packed. I feel they made sure it took them the estimated 2 hours to pack, what they thought was being moved, and said done. However, many items that were supposed to be packed, had not been packed, the entire downstairs in fact. I have no clue why they would in any way think my downstairs items were not going. Therefore it took them andquot;extraandquot; time to pack those items and that's when their attitudes showed and my cost went up. Random items were left unpacked in every single room. I wish I could write more

From beginning to end a very good experience. Would use two men and a truck in the future, and you should consider them for your move too. Office staff made the reservation promptly, I had the estimate by email just as soon as I hung up the phone. Dispatcher called to confirm arrival time and the crew was fast and respectful of my belongings and the building. All in all a great experience.
