Very impressed by the service and professionalism by our movers. The movers professionally wrapped every large furniture piece. Not one things broke in our boxes. The NYC move was challenging since we are located up three stories. The movers did a great job and we would definitely use them again. Thank you!

It was clear that the movers had little experience packing. The movers ignored or dismissed suggestions that were intended to be informative or helpful. My belongings were treated in a careless or inappropriate manner. The movers had no 'plan of attack'. The move was carried out in a very haphazard fashion. They needed to be reminded of items that needed to be moved. The movers had no sense of urgency, resulting in a move time time that was longer than necessary. The overall experience was totally unacceptable.

I thought the office team was decent, but to be honest the movers care of my stuff (even though most of my stuff is cheap) was much more careful than the quality of my furniture and things merited. It was a good experience, the movers were respectful and personable, and friendly towards my dogs as well. They were awesome.
