All communications with Alex courteous, patient, clear. All questions answered in detail with time for taking notes. Quote sent promptly. Move date set without deposit. Moving team Jon andamp; Kyle EXCELLENT - can't say enough praise for them. Took care of everything as if all belonged to their parents! They packed hanging clothes, some dishes (majority pre-packed in previous move). Unpacking items they packed was great - very happy with care for fragile items. Boxes PBO were moved with as much care as ones Jon andamp; Kyle packed. COLD snowy day, but all items loaded andamp; unloaded carefully andamp; very efficiently. Everything put in place. Very good attitude throughout, even shoveling snow. Kind, respectful, cheerful. Won't consider another mover. MUST have JON andamp; KYLE to move our storage unit things in Feb!

Everything about my experience with Two Men and a Truck was great. The office staff was great in getting the appointment set up. The moving team was fantastic. Travis and the guys were very friendly, diligent, and helpful. I appreciate their great attitudes, especially when dealing with the difficult logistics of moving downtown. I did not have a scratch on any of my personal items and really enjoyed working with them. The boys all deserve a raise -- they truly were awesome.

We had a great experience despite horrible weather. The moving crew was excellent and seemed to truly enjoy working together. They worked hard and late to complete our move. My only complaint was they didnandacirc;??t seem to have used the stabilizers when they moved the washer and it was not connected properly. Otherwise great.

Everything went pretty well, but upon closer inspection as we unpacked in our new home we noticed significant damage to several items including our entertainment stand. Also, we had put our mattress and springs into sealed bags to avoid dust and dirt. The movers removed the mattress covers before the move was completed and our mattress became soiled during the move and absorbed odors from the truck.

The movers were absolutely delightful! They were efficient, speedy, and didn't mind when we loaded several extra pieces of furniture into their truck. Also, we had to move a VERY large, heavy couch through a narrow German Village door, but they handled it expertly. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

John andamp; Darrell were VERY professional and excellent movers. Very hard workers and genuinely cared for our household and us.

The moving team called about 40 minutes in advance of their arrival, which was very helpful. This was an internal move (moving from one apartment to another in a retirement community), and the movers assessed the best way to move all the furniture and boxes, they worked efficiently, and the move proceeded very smoothly. As the furniture arrived in the new (and smaller) apartment, they helpfully moved several pieces around so my mother (age 77) could decide what positions worked best for her. The movers were friendly and respectful with my mom and I really appreciated this.
