My moving crew was excellent! I don’t plan to move for a very long time but if I did I’d want that exact group every single time. They were impressively fast, but careful. They were professional, but down to earth. These guys were the BEST and made my moving experience—something that is normally stressful—an absolute breeze. They were great! Thanks!

Both gentlemen were perfessional, kind to our two old dogs, respectful of our property, and curtious to both of us. They were good representives of your company: they made sure we were satisfied with the work they had completed, while also making sure they had done everything we requested. They thanked us for the drinks we offered, and also stated they were grateful for the fluid on such a hot day. If your services are needed again, you will be our first choice. We will recommend Two Men and a Truck to family and friends needing your services.

The movers were amazing!! They all had great attitudes the whole time. I had such a pleasant experience and they made sure I didn't have to do or move anything at all. They put all my stuff exactly where I wanted it and it made the whole moving process so much easier than it has ever been for me. I would highly recommend this company and this exact staff to anyone I know that needs to move.

The movers were very nice and efficient. Everything got moved quickly and they made sure everything was where it needed to be. I had a chair with a loose spring and they pushed it back into place. I've always had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck.

Your movers were not able to move my couch from my apartment. This couch did not magically appear inside my apartment. Movers were able to get it in. Yours were not able to get it out As such, the movers had to destroy and throw away my couch. Upon arriving to my new home, your movers could not figure out how to move box springs up stairs. Their suggestion was to buy new box springs. I eventually moved the box springs up myself with the help of friends.
Your movers also charged me extra for the time it took them to destroy my couch. I am now out an extra $1,000 because of your movers. It would have been cheaper and more time efficient had I simply lit my furniture on fire. I will not be using Two men and a Truck for any future moves.

The pricing was not clearly explained to me by the sales representative. I was told that the move was estimated to be 7 hours, which I thought was to move my possessions out of the home. Any time that I did not use would be credited back to me. So, when the moving crew finished moving my belongings out of my home in 3.75 hours I assumed that I would receive a credit of 3.25 hours back. It was not clearly explained that the unloading to the storage would count toward that 7 hour estimate, and to compound the disappointment, I was told that the time to unload is not clocked, but rather simply doubled from the time to load the truck. Several of the crew members stated that it does not take nearly as long to unload as it does to unload.

The time estimate I was given was not accurate and so it ended up costing me more money. I think the accuracy of estimates could be improved upon but I recognize that this is also difficult to assess over the phone. Find a way to make this better and the service will be perfect.
The guys worked well together and were as efficient as possible. Their leader put me at ease with his experience and expertise.

Chris in the office was super helpful and accommodating, and the moving team was awesome! We had some very heavy and awkward items, and they were amazing, and took great care. I can't say enough nice things about my experience, and the moving team in particular. I would highly recommend Two Men And A Truck!

In general I was satisfied, however, I have used movers in the past moving into a new apartment. This move was completed in 2.5 hours and I was charged $500.00 With Two Men and a Truck there was less furniture and boxes and the move took over 6 hours and I was charged nearly $1,300 to move a one bedroom apartment! Over 90 minutes was taken to take apart reassemble my bed alone. Not at all a good value for the money.
