The movers were excellent, very fast, very polite and efficient.
The person booking the move charged me 69 dollars for insurance and never mentioned it to me. This was the second of two moves and these last items(books and miscellaneous pieces needed no insurance) I did speak to a Mgr who followed up and he said that he would look into it.

The movers showed up on time, took excellent care of our items, maintained a very positive attitude throughout the entire move, worked to solve any issues that arose regarding fitting furniture into stairwells, etc. and were very well prepared with all of the items needed to make the move successful!
I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism demonstrated by all of the movers and by Ryan who visited my home to give the initial estimate.

Fast, efficient, reasonable price for moving items from Cleveland to Columbus. The movers were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Two of the nicest gentleman did the move very well. They were friendly, talked and joked with us. Made suggestions about placement of furniture etc. Really top notch guys. Office person was very good and scheduled the move with short notice. Excellent experience.

The men named Tyreese and MarQuan were outstanding help. They had great attitudes and hustle and worked very well with 4 bossy women. I would recommend them in the future. They were very respectful of our home and our furnishings.

Our moving team were nice guys and we enjoyed them until we discovered some minor damages and a $200 refrigerator repair that was due to negligence and incompetence. At that point your customer service staff was unresponsive and completely unwilling to consider our complaint. We will do our best to make sure everyone we know hears about our experience and will never recommend your company to others.

Our movers were a bit on the young side, but they handled the job well. At one point, a little extra experience could have solved us a minor headache, but overall I'm happy.
