I can best say it by stating, "If I were running a company, I would try to hire the two men that came to my residence, away from you!!" They were polite and very efficient. They hustled all the while they worked, and while sociable, never stopped working. I could not be more pleased than I was with these two guys! They are the best representatives your company could have. I have related this to several friends.

The movers smoked in our rental property in which we were charged and lost our deposit because of them. They broke, misplaced, lost several items during the move. They damaged our yard and have yet to rectify any of this. We have missing hardware to beds, bookshelves and cabinets. I had a broken plate from my great grandmother that you really can’t place a dollar value on due to their lack of care when they packed our items. We would not recommend 2 men and a truck based on our experience. We lived in a 1,100 square foot duplex that cost us $2,700 to move from Clintonville to Westerville. We’ll be contacting corporate office as no one from the local Columbus office seems to think this is a big deal.

I needed movers to take some furniture to a donation site. I was scheduled very quickly and the moving team was great. They took time wrapping the furniture up to be moved and they were super friendly.

The pricing was not accurately explained by office staff. We were informed that we would be paying a flat fee of $198 for 3 big items. which was inaccurate because they neglected to factor in travel charges, which ended up making the total exponentially higher. I would not do business with two men and a truck again because of the pricing.

Was not pleased with my recent move experience. Used this Two Men location to move from Dayton last year, and that move took 7.5 hours, start to finish, with 3 movers. My recent move, in town, took 7.5 with 3 movers, +2 extra, for +$500 the cost. They didn't call before arriving, damaged both the apt. I left and some of my furniture. When I pointed that out, the comment was "Well...what do you want me to do about it?" This most recent move I feel like I was soaked for extra cash because the guys had to walk up steps...which has happened on every move.
I'll have to seriously consider if I use this Two Men location should I move in the Columbus area again.

Moving is stressful, but with Two Men and a Truck and the moving crew assigned to my move, it was actually a very positive and liberating experience. My movers were efficient, courteous, professional, hard working and every so accommodating. They took great care of every item and put everything that had been dismantled back together so all I had to do was unpack. I can't give enough kudos to my moving crew. I was actually fun! Don't get me wrong, I don't want to move again for some years, but their hard work and demeanor really made it a great experience, and if I had to move again, I would certainly rely on YOU. THANK you TMAAT, my expert crew (guys, you were exceptional!) and office staff.
