The movers took two hours to drive 45 miles, most of which was on an interstate highway. We were charged 2.5 hours total which a manager reduced to 2 hours after I complained. Loading and unloading the one piece of furniture took half an hour meaning 90 minutes was spent driving 45 miles through rural Ohio. Don't be surprised if your lucrative business with downsizing elderly people begins to decline.

These 2 men were phenomenal. It was the teacher and the student. Marcus was a great teacher. Very patient and explained everything to the new guy. It was his 2nd day and he was very professional and upbeat. They both did superb. They deserve some sort of recognition. You should model your team after these 2 gentlemen. I will definitely use you again next year.

Brooke was quick to respond and helped us easily change our move date when needed. The movers were professional and friendly and we had no damage to report. The move did take longer than I expected since we were only moving furniture and did not using packing services. So the final cost was more than i anticipated. But it was as quoted, so no fault of the office team. It was worth the care of our personal items and the great movers. Just a bit pricier than I expected.

I was greeted by Donovan “Donnie” and his team. I met Stephaan and Tyrese. The following day I met Roy. Dakota talked to me and was very clear and accommodating. He was great. Now Donnie and his team were impressive. All friendly and personable. They also communicated with each other and me exactly what was going on. Helping each other was very professional. If ever I move again, I will recommend Donnie and his “ team.” If I were you, and building my business, I would want to keep the same employees till they retire. With Donnie & team, you will grow because I will mention his and everyone’s name to anyone who is moving. Professionally packed, shipped & delivered by good guys. Other than some scratches on a door frame (easily fixed), the men did a excellent job. They were courtious, friendly, efficient, professional and worked very well together.
