I was kept informed of each step of my move, and was very pleased with the 2 men who picked up my " new to me" refrigerator and delivered it to my home, then took my old refrigerator to another person. All as planned.............

Samy and Devin were EXCEPTIONAL! Their care and sincere effort to making this move go smooth and without any problems was very evident and very much appreciated. Their professional and friendly personalities made you feel valued. The sincere care in wrapping certain items as well as treating each item as though it was their own. You don’t find that in many delivery or moving personnel. Moves are stressful but they made a big difference in making us feel we will be taken care of and helped eased our stress level. They are true assets to Two Men and a Truck. They make a very positive mark for your company. We will definitely recommend Two Men and Truck to our family and friends and coworkers. Bernard was the lead mover and driver. He tackled a challenging driveway with patience and excellent maneuvering. He gave good
Instructions to his fellow mover. We went into OT due to the difficult driveway and extra time with the move which did cause the estimate to increase nearly 70%. So watch the OT rate when scheduling your move. it’s $$$. But I would use the company again.

The second set of movers were very hard working and great representatives of Two Men and a Truck. I gave them each $20 as an indication of my gratitude. They deserve a bonus from you.
In comparison the first set of movers did very little in terms of moving my belongings. I still have a storage unit to move and i have paid a tremendous amount of money in moving expenses. Kyle who showed up at the very end of the 1st move was the only one who showed maturity. Too many trips upstairs from the basement without carrying a box.

Two Men and a Truck is a wonderful company to use. They helped me figure out the most affordable way for me to move, sent three guys to help make it go faster, and checked in on my service. The guys went above and beyond to get all my furniture in a tight corner and had great attitudes. I never once worried about my belongings or the movers’ integrity. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.
