This was the first time organizing a move myself, and the company exceeded every expectation. The office staff contacted me immediately after submitting my email estimate and helped me figure out how many supplies I'd need and how much help I'd need with the move. I was truly blown away by the moving team that helped me. They promptly contacted me the morning of the move with a correct estimate of the time they would be arriving and once they got to me it was top notch service. They were even able to cut the maximum time estimate of my move in half without sacrificing safety or care about my belongings. The professionality of everyone involved is something that all businesses should strive to reach, I will gladly recommend and use Two Men and a Truck again and again.

The 3 man crew who conducted my move from a 2 story condo Downtown to a 3rd floor apartment in New Albany was simply outstanding! The crew was on time, friendly, and most of all unbelievably conscientious! They worked very efficiently as a team and had great rapport with each other. They took extra care in wrapping my "light colored linen upholstered furniture" to ensure no damage/stains/ or marks, which I really appreciated due to the expense of those pieces. I was amazed at the strength and stamina of the team! Everything had to go down 2 flights at the condo and then up to the 3rd floor at the new apt. This required carrying a large "ultra" heavy sofa up 3 flights of stairs. I highly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and in particular my team of movers!

The two men were very personable, explained the step by step process that was going to happen throughout the day. They went above and beyond there duties; they brought me a chair to sit on, and put, sheets and duvet and pillows back on my bed.etc.eyc. There service was all around excellent. You should give them a big raise.

We under estimated the complexity of our move when speaking to the office team. Our fault...but the men and office team stepped up by bringing in more men and working overtime to get the job done. They were polite and efficient and did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the move.
