Overall it was a great experience. Can someone help out though as a piece of my ping pong table they moved and put together is missing. Thanks

Overall work was good. The lead worker spent time talking on his cell phone for personal calls while working. After unpacking, I discovered two shelves missing from a bookcase. I’ve contacted the moving company and asked for someone to contact me but that has not happened.

Broke a table leg. Did not put bed or dresser back together. Missing vase.

I was not too thrilled with my moving day experience. Kenyatta was great, but the two other men joining him, Nashawn & Jared, did not have that much hustle and really did not unload and place things in my house in an organized manner. They also taped up my bureau and chest of drawers with my tape which they never removed and when i removed, left sticky patches all over. It was 90 degrees the day of my move and I had several things that could not be moved because I did not pack them correctly, so overall it was fine, we got it done, but I probably will not go with 2 Men & A Truck in the future. The price tag was way too high for the amateurs that we're provided.

Would have noted excellent for all except there was damage to my bedroom dresser.

I was highly satisfied until I realized the movers made it seem like they put my 4 year olds bed together, later that night my daughter went and got into bed and it collapsed because there were 2 screws and no others in at all, there was a balled up plastic wrap with screws UNDER THE BED! Who does that!? My daughter hurt her leg she’s lucky that’s all she hurt! I’m so upset I’m still waiting for a call back from someone! I paid for a service that I thought was supposed to be quality I deserve some sort of refund or something!

Awkward piece of furniture to move. Movers were very small guys. Took gouges out of my walls and my star railing. Now I will spend a day patching, painting and sanding down my stair railing. Not what I hire a moving company for. I prob will not again.

Part of my dissatisfaction with the experience was my fault. I had to leave some furniture and items behind to be donated, fortunately marked. But the mess your crew made added to my disorganization didn't help. Six men piled in and it was like an explosion I couldn't keep up with. a few marks were made on both walls, the old and brand new walls; no effort was made to leave things looking okay. Unloading was worse: again, keeping up with six men clearly more interested in getting finished and tips they "expected" than in getting marked boxes in the right place. Nor were they interested in putting furniture parts back together, such as shelves they removed for the move. There were two men who had a "professional" attitude: ex: one moved the garage cabinets to the wall. All were courteous.

The guys did a great job! There were trainees on the crew, but they were very careful and well trained ahead of being on the job. There was one damaged item, but they were so kind and apologetic, plus the claim center called within 2 days to address it with a very satisfactory offer. Overall this was a great moving experience! Thanks!!

Had an overall great experience. There was damage 1 bin of items, but they were also poorly wrapped on my part, so it could have easily been because of that.
