Horrible experience, items were lost/broken, took forever & had to pay more than quoted. Would not recommend to my
worst enemy!!!

Guys were great energetic. Only thing mybtv got broken off its stand waiting on brody' to order replacement part.or replace .

Very disappointed they arrived early, which was fine, and it took them all day. They did not know how to pack. I'm an ex military brat and therefore very experienced in packing. They scratched a very valuable table, forgot to pack a cabinet of dished, pulled the cords out of my computer and di not reconnect it. I ended up paying more than was quoted and then not as much as they wanted to charge me. I was very stressed at the end of the move. I'm 71 years old and it was not pleasant.

Moving team professional, courteous, respectful, accommodating....only one little glitch with wallpaper damage but overall excellent.

My walls are absolutely DESTROYED. I have professional photographers coming to stage the house and the movers told me it would be fixed in 2 days. Office staff told me it would be weeks. Any friends and family scheduled with 2 men and a truck I will advise them to cancel. Awful customer service

I had a few things damaged during the move. When I asked about reporting them, I was discouraged by the men. They said it would look bad on their report. Some of the things they took apart to move, they didn't put back together properly. It took me several hours to fix.

The team of guys who actually did the move and packed loaded and unloaded our belongings were excellent. Thanks Jason & AK. They were very considerate of our needs. This was a logistical challenge for us all because of the hurricane. They were all very considerate of the circumstances. The process was efficient and timely.
The weather was also hot and uncomfortable but they didn't miss a beat. The local office did a good job of follow up regarding a damaged item. Thanks Brody. Austin also helped coordinate some time delays because of the weather, thank you.
This was the only item that had any damage whatsoever. This was an out of state longer distance move.

The movers were very polite and were willing to add a few extra items unto our estimate. However, they did damage the walls at both residency's when moving large furniture and weren't as competent at disassembling furniture and items as what I expected them to be.

Very pleased with the reliability and professionalism during a stressful time. Crew worked quickly and without a lot of chatter. I was unable to give an 'excellent' for moving care because the leg on my dresser was damaged. Due to the weight from standing it on end and because it was not empty, it broke the corner leg. I was told that I would not need to empty it, but I recommend that the crew evaluate the contents and weight and advise if it should be emptied or at least lightened. I assumed the dresser would be stay horizontal and would have removed my expensive cameras if it was known that it would be rotated. You can use my first two sentences as a testimonial. The latter should be considered feedback and not a complaint.

I would not have used this company because it was a bit pricey but it was the only company that could move the appliances day of call so I paid it. the moving crew was great and friendly wish they would have thought out the plan of action a little better because they scratched the homeowners door up and now they are mad at me.
