When I called to schedule the move - I gave a lot of information but the lady did not log all the information into the system. Like I had 5 items that needed to be taken apart.

I had no issues with the guys, they gave me a call beforehand and were prompt and friendly. But they didn’t wrap the leather sofa like they did with the loveseat and as a result caused some pretty bad scrapes.
I bought them from a seller because he hadn’t used them very much and they were both in excellent condition with no scratches or scuffs. Not anymore.

My moving team was the best! Polite and friendly, hard working, smiles. They were helping out my elderly aunt and were so sweet to her - in a home filled with cat fur that she has a hard time keeping clean. I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciated out crew - one took the lead and helped to load and pack. The two other men (one a trainee) wrapped up the furniture so carefully. Praise to all
