We did have some damage to our old home (large dent in wall of stairwell) and a few ceramic items arrived broken to the new house even though they were all bubble wrapped. Overall the experience was pretty good though. The movers were polite and efficient.

The crew beat the estimate and called in additional personnel to help them move very heavy furniture. The two extra workers left when that work was done. It was money well spent saving my back and not damaging the furniture.

I did not appreciate reading on the website that masks would be worn and then having only one mover keep his on the entire time. The lead mover informed me he did not have to wear his mask, and he did not wear his mask other than for me to sign paperwork. Masks should be required. They do not limit oxygen intake or carbon dioxide release. Your lack of an appropriate mask policy should be known.

We do have a mask policy in place as well as comply with CDC guidelines and it sounds like there is some concern with that which we take very seriously.
