I am disappointed in how your company unloaded my truck into a storage unit. Space was wasted, no organization, things were not packed properly, boxes were crushed by heavier boxes being on top of them. One of my wardrobe boxes with my clothes in it was put in upside down. I have to have all of those clothes pressed, steamed and cleaned because they are unwearable. Your teams needs training.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. Moving is stressful under the best conditions. My experience with the office staff and moving team was top notch.

Our moving team was THE BEST!! They were all very professional, efficient, courteous, and careful—especially with several VERY heavy and several very fragile antiques. They packed everything for our six-person family and unloaded everything again in two hours less than what they quoted us, which was a nice surprise. They even assisted with getting a new refrigerator that was delivered inside!!

Your team was great once again, I have no complaints about the team that came out to move us.
My one complaint was how the move was booked. We have a complicated move, part 1 was a short, partial move. The team thought they were doing everything because the office staff didn’t note the move correctly. I just wish they would have listened to me when I explained it to them by phone.

We were very pleased with our moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. Our moving team consisted of Roy, Dean and Mohammed. They were fast, efficient and very professional. We would definitely use this moving company again in the future!

Chris in the office handled putting together a rather complicated move as well as making changes as needed. Everything happened just as he said it would during our initial conversation. Moving day went incredibly well. Cody and his team were easy to work with and the driver of the truck maneuvered around construction and parking lots like a pro! Would definitely use again :-)
