When the movers were at .my place we decided not to bring my dressers, after talking with the office they knocked $800 off and said the office would get me money from the down payment. That was sep 13 and have received it. The movers her in Washington confirmed I have to get the money from the Columbus Ohio franchise that loaded it. I still do have all the paperwork

Our movers worked their butts off and we're fantastic. However the office team was horrible at communication under estimating and didn't update our moving address when we contacted them. Just no customer service skills

My experience was top notch from the call to schedule the move, to the move itself. Our movers, Justin and "Walker" were kind, courteous, and careful. I would recommend them without hesitation.
